Price Guarantee - Terms & Conditions

Our Price Guarantee applies if you find the same insurance policy available directly from the insurer for less than the price offered through ExpatInsure.

To qualify, the quote must be for the same insurer and policy, for the same person(s), with the same cover, benefits, excess/deductible, optional benefits, underwriting terms, policy start date and policy term.

The direct quote must be current, genuinely available to you and based on the same information provided to ExpatInsure. You must provide evidence of the lower price so that we can verify it with the insurer.

Claims must be made within 7 days of purchasing through ExpatInsure and while the alternative quote remains valid.

If the claim qualifies, ExpatInsure will refund the difference between the price paid through ExpatInsure and the lower price available directly from the insurer.

The guarantee does not apply to different policies or levels of cover, corporate/group schemes, closed or member-only discounts, expired offers, pricing errors or differences caused by currency movements.

We reserve the right to verify any claim with the insurer before approving payment.
